Quality management: continuous learning process

Reklamationen Und QM WEBER

Misunderstandings and errors can occur during project execution and customer support. Then it is our task to determine the causes in the sense of process optimization and quality management. In some cases, later complaints can be prevented by early agreements between our customers and WEBER service staff. In the “case of the cases”, we comprehensively analyze which sources of error there were and how these can be excluded in the future.

FREE Webinar: Smarter fastening – Raising process quality with AI and real-time anomaly detection

Even with modern automation, process quality and reliability can drift. Al-based algorithms and reactive screwdriving programs convert live data into in-cycle actions – detecting anomalies from batch or quality shifts and responding in real time. The outcome: higher capability, fewer rework and discards as weil as audit-ready traceability.

The webinar provides valuable insights into:
✅ New capabilities enabled by AI and reactive screwdriving programs
✅ Implementing real-time anomaly detection in screw assembly
    ✅ Limits of current approaches

Learn how to apply AI directly into your screwdriving process, and take your assembly line to the next level.
