Efficient system for blind riveting

For blind rivets, WEBER offers a setting unit that handles rivet nuts and bolts with round and hexagonal heads. The control and feed systems are integrated. Two separate EC drives realize the threading and setting process. The entire process is controlled by a PLC and can be visualized. The setting operation is performed in less than 2.5 seconds. The applied force and traveled path during the setting process are documented.

Automatic feed system

The system is suitable for setting locations that can be reached only from one side. The blind rivet nuts can be inserted with a setting force of max. 25 kN. Rivet nuts with round and hexagonal head in sizes between the M5 and M10 can be used. A built-in automatic feed system ensures high output.
