Robot-assisted screwdriving system RSF
Flow-drilling screwdriving connections are the solution for mixed-materials assembly and joining locations with access only from one side. The robot-based RSF screwdriving system creates detachable screw connections without prior processes. A variety of different materials and material thicknesses can be joined.
Setting system for sandwich structures TSS
The TSS setting system creates connections in sandwich structures. These consist of a honeycomb or foam core with cover layers made of fiber-reinforced plastic (e.g. GRP). Plastic bosses can be used as fastening points for self-tapping screws.
Inserting system for blind rivet nuts SBM
SBM inserting system for blind rivets with automatic feed system. The system implements inserting processes in less than 2.5 seconds for rivet nuts with round and hexagon heads. Blind rivets can be used for detachable and permanent connections in locations with access only from one side.
