WEBER with dual leadership in management | Strategic division of responsibilities in corporate management with interim CEO Felix Kleinert

Wolfratshausen – Michael Paul (37), previously Commercial Director at WEBER Schraubautomaten GmbH, based in Wolfratshausen, will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the company on January 1, 2026.

WEBER, a global market leader in the automation of screwdriving and joining processes, is strengthening its management team with this move. The new dual leadership will jointly set the strategically necessary course to make the long-established family business even more competitive in international markets. In his role as CFO, Michael Paul is particularly committed to continuing the company’s sound investment and financial policy; in his previous role as commercial director at WEBER, Paul had already made significant decisions and implemented effective measures.

In the medium to long term, the dual leadership will focus on the global growth potential of the automation industries and initiate the necessary strategic processes.

At the same time, the strengthening of the operational management team will initiate a generational change and ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge. WEBER is sending a clear signal to its clients and partners: market knowledge and innovative strength, trust, and customer proximity will continue to shape cooperation in all regions of the world where WEBER operates.
