Apprenticeship at WEBER
The training of our own junior staff has a tradition at WEBER. Every year, WEBER gives six to eight young people the chance to acquire solid training in a profession with good prospects. Why we do that?
It’s very simple: So both partners know what they can expect from each other. The young people will also gain the confidence that they are optimally prepared for their future professional life. Make your way!
Study while gaining practical experience
WEBER supports engineering talents and opens up perspectives for professionals at an early stage. To do this, the company offers the possibility to get to know the ins and outs of the future profession and to participate in the solution of concrete projects. These first contacts significantly facilitate entry into the profession after graduation.
WEBER also offers the opportunity to closely experience the professional environment during activity as a working student, an internship or in conjunction with a thesis on relevant topics in connection technology.
