WEBER presents its product know-how at Motek in Parma, Italy

Motek Italy 2018 WEBER

Wolfratshausen – WEBER Schraubautomaten GmbH is expanding its global trade show activities step by step and presenting itself to customers and partners at the most important industry meetings around the world. Most recent example: WEBER at Motek in Parma, Italy. “With this form of live communication, we want to get up close and personal with our customers and present our range of products, WEBER’s solution competency and long-standing experience in the field of automated screwdriving and joining processes. Motek in Parma provides us with direct access to the economic powerhouse of northern Italy with its internationally renowned companies“, says Dirk Winter, Head of Distribution at WEBER.

At the end of March, WEBER presented, among others, its fixtured screwdriving spindle, which is suitable for use on screw connections with vacuum at the specialist trade show in Parma. The spindle is also used for particularly hard to reach screw locations and is equipped with a dirt brake. WEBER also presented its handheld screwdriver with automatic feeder. The products attracted great interest from visitors to the trade show, and were instrumental in making this the most successful trade show participation for WEBER in Italy. To summarize: the trade show was extremely positive: Growing visitor numbers, new and closer contacts with companies in the region and since the exhibition, there have already been a large number of inquiries for future joint projects on the automation of assembly processes. “Competence from Wolfratshausen for Bella Italia“, says Winter.
