Wolfratshausen – The WEBER Group is reorganizing its management team: On October 1, 2026, Ralf Großhauser assumes responsibility as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). At the same time, he will become spokesperson for the Management Board. Together with Managing Director and CFO Michael Paul, he will lead the company going forward. At the same time, the interim term of current CEO Felix Kleinert ends as planned.
With Ralf Großhauser, WEBER gains an experienced executive with extensive expertise in mechanical and plant engineering. The 56-year-old has more than 25 years of management experience, including many years in senior leadership positions at an internationally active, family-owned industrial company. His areas of expertise include strategic and operational corporate management, international business development, and the management of transformation processes.

Especially in economically challenging times, it is essential to make the right decisions with composure, clarity, and a long-term perspective,” says Ralf Großhauser. “WEBER has a strong technological foundation, dedicated employees, and a clear position in the market. We can build on this and consistently align the company with the requirements of the coming years.”

“With Ralf Großhauser, we are gaining an experienced CEO who is an excellent fit for WEBER and the tasks ahead of us,” says Michael Paul. “I look forward to working closely together. We will jointly drive the strategic and operational development of the WEBER Group and combine continuity with fresh impetus.” The current interim CEO, Felix Kleinert, will support Ralf Großhauser during a short transition period and will then return to the Advisory Board of the WEBER Group as Deputy Chairman.
“We would like to thank Mr. Kleinert for his highly successful work during his 15 months as interim CEO of the WEBER Group. At the same time, we are pleased to take the next steps together with Mr. Großhauser and wish him every success in his new responsibility. We are confident that he will provide important impetus and help shape WEBER’s positive development,” explains Christian Weber.
With the reorganization of its management team, WEBER is combining continuity with a new perspective. The aim is to stabilize the company step by step while positioning it for the next stages of development and long-term success.
