Wolfratshausen – After 15 years of dedicated service, Karl Bujnowski is leaving the company as of August 5, 2025; effective immediately, he is no longer the managing director of WEBER Schraubautomaten GmbH.
The shareholders and the Advisory Board thank Karl Bujnowski for his many years of service and the numerous successful years during which he played a key role in shaping the company. We wish him all the best and every success in his future personal and professional endeavors.
Management of the company will be assumed by interim Managing Director Felix Kleinert until further notice. Kleinert holds a degree in industrial engineering and has worked successfully for more than three decades with the Rheinmetall, Weidmüller, and Netzsch corporate groups. He has proven experience as a member of the supervisory and advisory boards of medium-sized industrial companies
In addition to the operational management of the WEBER Group, he is tasked with finding a new managing director with long-term prospects for the WEBER Group.
